My father has been a tenant for many years I can honestly say that Muir really cares!

He lives in Chester in sheltered housing and can't fault the service, the staff, and the standard of accommodation.

Any problems are dealt with quickly by the scheme manager or the customer service team day or night, nothing is ever too much trouble.

He has lovely neighbours, many have become great friends, and he feels safe and secure in his home.

Dad has been unwell recently, and with all of the family all working I was worried he wouldn't manage but the care and support he has received from Muir staff has been amazing.

Thank you Muir, and well done..
